The staff here truly cares about your experience. We arrived well before check in time due to an incoming storm. Although no rooms were ready they took great care of us - bringing us water and anything else we needed, and got us into a room as soon as one was ready. The location is quiet, safe, and convenient. We will be staying here again.
I had such a great experience at AmericInn by Wyndham Hotel & Suites Long Lake. I checked in super late (around 1 AM) and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Even at that hour, he welcomed me with a smile, made the process easy, and made sure I was comfortable. The room was very clean, cozy, and quiet — exactly what I needed after a long day. The next morning, I asked if I could get breakfast a little earlier than the usual hours (6–9 AM), and they generously set it up for me. That thoughtful gesture really made my day. The staff here truly go above and beyond for their guests. If you’re in the Long Lake area, I definitely recommend staying here — whether you’re checking in at a normal time or arriving late, you’ll be taken care of.
We stayed here as an alternative to a hotel in Delano for a hockey tournament. We'll worth the short drive there for the cost savings. Plus the staff were super friendly and more than accommodating for our late checkout request. Only downside we came across was the hot tub is permanently closed but overall pretty minor for our stay. Would stay again.
Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms are good and spotless, beds are very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying, with a nice variety to choose from. It was a great way to begin our day. What really made our visit special was the very friendly staff. Staff was warm and welcoming.
I had a great stay the young boy in the front desk was very helpful all the time and happy to receive and accommodate us ,,, I see him all the time in front desk and handy to every help we need in the motelbreak fast was very good I newer see this good motel provided breakfast in any other,,,I really want to appreciate the management for the love and hospitality I hope I will come again and stay ,,,,
Noticing some cleaning was missed but nothing disgusting, tvs are 3 years away from being older than bitcoin so quality there is garbage. But the room is nice and the staff is kind :)
Great location, everything was clean. Unfortunately, it was obvious they had tribute getting employees. There was only conditioner in each room but it seemed like a unintentional mistake.
